Legal / Privacy

Privacy Policy.

We built this site to respect your privacy. No tracking, no advertising cookies, no analytics scripts watching what you do. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

01 / Overview

The short version

Siktron Systems ("we", "us") operates this website. We collect as little information as possible. We do not use analytics, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or cookies that follow you across the web. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us through our contact form.

02 / What we collect

Information we collect

Contact form submissions. When you fill out our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. You give this to us voluntarily so that we can respond to your inquiry.

Technical & security data. Our servers temporarily process your IP address to apply rate limiting and prevent abuse of the contact form. Standard server logs may record request metadata (such as IP address and timestamp) for security and reliability purposes.

No tracking. We do not run analytics software or embed advertising or social-media tracking pixels. The only cookies we use are strictly necessary ones (see below).

03 / Cookies

Cookies we use

We use only a small number of strictly necessary cookies that are required for the site to function securely. They do not track you, are not used for advertising or analytics, and are not shared with third parties:

  • Language preference. If you choose a language using the switcher in the footer, we store your choice in a cookie so the site remembers it on your next visit. It lasts up to a year, holds only the language code, and is not used for tracking.
  • Anti-forgery token. When the contact form is shown, we set a security cookie that protects against cross-site request forgery (CSRF), so the form can only be submitted from our own site.
  • Temporary status message. After you submit the contact form, a short-lived cookie carries the confirmation message across the page redirect. It is cleared as soon as the message has been shown.
  • Hosting cookies. Our host, Amazon Web Services, may set its own strictly necessary cookies for load balancing or security at the infrastructure level.

Because these cookies are essential to providing the site, they do not require consent under typical privacy regulations. We set no analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies.

04 / Why

How we use your information

  • To read and respond to inquiries you send us.
  • To protect the website against spam, abuse, and security threats.
  • To keep records of our correspondence with you where appropriate.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

05 / Third parties

Service providers

We keep third parties to a minimum. All fonts, icons, scripts, and styles are served directly from this website — we do not load assets from external content-delivery networks, so your browser does not contact Google, Cloudflare, or similar services when you visit this site.

The only processor we rely on is our host:

  • Hosting. The site runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, which processes and stores data on our behalf for the limited purpose of operating the site.

06 / Retention

How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain reasonable business records. Security and server logs are kept only for a limited period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

07 / Your rights

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@siktron.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

08 / Children

Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

09 / Changes

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here.
